Ms. Susana Caputi
Senior Associate on Latin America and the Caribbean
Susana Caputi is a Senior Associate at the Centre for Latin America and the Caribbean Studies. She was the first Bolivian student to enrol at UNISA studying South African Labour Law and South African Tax Law. Since 1980 she was in charge of the Consulate of Bolivia. In 1994 under the Presidency of Nelson Mandela, the Government of Bolivia granted her the Exequatur and she became the Consul of Bolivia in South Africa covering the Sub-Sahara Africa.
