The conference takes place as part of the OGP Global Legislative Openness Week (GLOW) 2015, which commenced on 7 September and will end 15 September.

GLOW comprises of a series of in-person and online events and activities intended to raise the profile of legislative openness issues and provide an opportunity for engagement across countries and sectors.

Several events will take place during GLOW this year, with the Legislative Openness Working Group conference in Georgia as the final event during GLOW 2015.
