Recall that through the FAO, the Government of Haiti had expressed interest in technical cooperation with Peru to promote and improve in particular: quinoa cultivation, sweet potato, potato and carob trees, as well as the breeding and raising of guinea pigs, one of the most nutritious meat in the world. With his vast experience, Peru has comparative advantages to support this project through the South-South Cooperation initiative.
