In the Sixth Meeting for Clean Energy Consortium (CEC), which was held in Merida and conformed by officials from Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS), the Russian minister said that during this meeting the officials set a new meeting next November in Moscow with ministers of different countries.
