China advocates North South cooperation

China also hopes that the UN summit scheduled to be held during the 70th UN General Assembly in September could produce practical outcomes so that developing countries have better conditions to pursue common development objectives via greater North-South cooperation and improved South-South cooperation, said the document. The document, entitled China’s Position Paper on the Post-2015 Development Agenda, has been delivered to the UN Secretariat and missions of other countries to the UN as intergovernmental negotiations have been underway on the post-2015 development agenda.
