Later this year, the world will gather in Paris to hammer out a new climate change agreement. To be convened in December, the summit will attract representatives from 196 nations. Although some people and special interest groups continue to deny the reality of climate change, there can be little doubt that the planet faces a severe man-made ecological challenge.
