“The reform that urgently needs to be implemented must reflect the realities of the new global paradigm,” said Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa on Thursday during the Asia-Africa Summit 2015 held in Jakarta, Indonesia.

He said it is incongruous that the majority of the world’s population is only periodically represented at the apex of the global institution.
