“Development cooperation is not a zerosum game and the international community shoulduphold the principle of ‘common but differentiated responsibilities,’ seek commondevelopment and win- win cooperation, and build sincere and pragmatic partnerships,” Liusaid.He pointed out that the developed countries should effectively honor their assistanceobligations to provide official development assistance (ODA) in time and in full, andtransfer to the developing countries environment friendly technologies to help themenhance capacity for sustainable development.
