“We condemn in the strongest possible terms the targeting and killing of innocent groupings by any armed group in China, and elsewhere in the world. We believe that the grouping if they have any dissatisfaction with the government, they should settle their difference in a peaceful manner. We call on all the people of China to unite during this time. And reject the activities of this group that has targeted innocent civilians. As the government of South Africa, we believe that given our own history and example of peaceful negotiation, that the same principle should be embraced in China and around the world, to settle difference. Out words: We do not believe that armed intervention or armed resistance to any government is going to result in fruitful outcomes.” Kgwete said.
