To start with, I observed that the staff who deal with applicants, are either not competent or they lack the skill to deal with this type of very sensitive assignment that requires use of discretions where necessary. This is due to the manner they dealt with my two applications and the way they related with Nigerians when I eventually visited the embassy at Molade Okoya Thomas Street, Victoria Island, on Tuesday, March 18, 2014.
