South Africa’s government warned other countries on Wednesday that it will not tolerate attacks on dissidents who are in exile in the country, confirming it had expelled three Rwandan diplomats and a Burundian envoy for “illegal activities.” Justice Minister Jeff Radebe said that the government wants to send “a stern warning to anybody anywhere in the world that our country will not be used as a springboard to do illegal activities,” according to the South African Press Association.
