The Summit, which took place from 4-7 December 2013, in Paris, France, brought together government officials from 53 African countries, France and the European Union (EU), as well as representatives from UN agencies, the African Union (AU), the African Development Bank (AfDB), the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank.
