Summit of the Troika of the Organ on Politics, Defense and Security Cooperation was held in Cape Town, Republic of South Africa on 10 May 2013 to consider the political and security situation in the region, in particular the latest developments in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Republic of Madagascar and the Republic of Zimbabwe.
